Gelatina de açaí
- 500mL of açaí in the form of juice;
- 1 packet of unflavored gelatin;
- 1 cup of milk tea;
- 440g of skimmed yogurt;
- 2 tablespoons of honey.
Method of preparation:
In a pan, mix the açaí juice, the gelatin (already dissolved according to the manufacturer’s instructions) and the milk. Get a homogeneous mixture and put it in a bowl that goes into the fridge for up to 3 hours.
When it is firm, cut the gelatin into pieces to serve in bowls. Beat the yogurt and honey with the help of a mixer or blender and serve over the gelatin.
