Espetinho de peixe com molho de laranja
Ingredients
600gr of fish fillet cut thick and divided into 12 pieces
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
1 tablespoon of honey
2 diced red peppers
2 cups of clean mushrooms
3 orange juice
Oil for brushing
Method of preparation
In a bowl mix soy sauce, vinegar, honey and ginger. Stir, add the fish and fold it in the sauce. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 15 minutes. Drain the fish and reserve the sauce. Place the fish, mushroom and pepper on a wooden skewer. Each skewer should have three pieces of food. Arrange the skewers on a baking sheet and brush with oil. Grill for 6 minutes in a preheated medium oven on one side, turn and leave another 6 minutes until it turns brown on the other side. Check, with a knife, if the fish is grilled. Meanwhile, mix the marinade sauce with the orange juice. Place in the oven and wait until it boils, turning into a thick sauce. Brush the ready-made skewers and serve immediately.
