Salada Cipó com Uva
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of sugar
3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
1 bunch(s) of arugula
200 gram(s) of brie cheese, cut into two slices
100 gram(s) of good quality table grape
50 gram(s) of almonds cut into flakes without shells
Method of preparation
For the salad dressing, mix sugar and balsamic vinegar. Put them in a pan to boil over low heat for five minutes. Afterwards, set aside and wait for it to cool. Wash and clean the arugula. Layer the leaves, add the lightly grilled brie cheese and scatter the halved grapes. Sprinkle the almond chips and balsamic sauce over the top.
