Penne cítrico com limão
Ingredients
500gr of penne
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of olive oil
200gr of cream cheese
1 tablespoon of lemon zest
1 squeezed lemon
50gr of grated parmesan cheese
Method of preparation
Cook the penne in boiling salted water until “al dente”. Separately, melt the butter with the olive oil. Add the garlic and let it perfume the butter. Add the onion and saute quickly. Add the lemon zest and mix well. Add cream cheese and mix until smooth. Add lemon juice and grated Parmesan cheese. Add the batter to the lemon sauce and mix well until the penne is completely mixed in the sauce. Serve immediately.
