Peixe com Abacate e molho de Mamão

Ingredients

-1 chopped medium papaya

 -1 teaspoon of sweetener

-1 tablespoon of lemon juice

 -1 spoon of grated ginger

Fish:

– ½ kg of lean fish fillet, 1.5 cm thick, cut into 4 portions

-2 tablespoons of white wine

 -English sauce

-1 medium sliced ​​avocado

Method of preparation

Place sauce ingredients in a food processor or blender. Beat until smooth. Transfer to a container and cook on high power for 3 to 4 minutes, or until heated through, stirring once. Cover to keep warm. Arrange fish fillets in a bowl, brush evenly on both sides with Worcestershire sauce. Cover.

Cook on medium-high power for 6 to 8 minutes, or until fish is firm and opaque, stirring once. Let stand for 3 minutes, covered. Divide the sauce between the steaks and garnish with avocado.
