Panqueca de banana
A delicious option for breakfast!
- 1 whole egg
- 1 whole banana mashed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 coffee spoon of baking powder
Method of preparation
Add the mashed banana and the beaten egg, mix;
Add cinnamon powder and baking powder;
Mix well until uniform;
Heat a non-stick skillet on the fire and brush with oil;
Add the dough to the skillet, no need to spread it with a spoon;
Cover and wait for 5 minutes, when bubbles begin to appear on the surface of the dough, turn the pancake;
Leave another 5 minutes on the other side and you’re done!
