Cookie de limão
Ingredients
1/2 cup of coconut oil
3/4 tea cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of lemon zest
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 1/2 cup of wheat flour
1 teaspoon of cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon of yeast
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
Method of preparation
In a bowl, beat the coconut oil and sugar until pureed. Gradually add the milk, lemon zest, juice and vanilla essence. Mix the wheat flour, cornstarch and yeast until smooth. Preheat the oven to low temperature (113 to 180 °F). Cover with aluminum foil. Roll the dough into small balls and knead them to shape your cookie. Bake for 10 minutes.
