  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Chopped mint leaves
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Juice of 4 lemons Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chili peppers (seedless)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 50 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds


  • Start by cutting the mangoes into cubes.
