Brusqueta de Abacate
- 1/2 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 6 slices of bread
- 6 slices of mozzarella
- 1 avocado
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Cut the tomato and onion very small, seasoning with garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon drops to taste.
Cut the avocado, remove the pit and with a spoon scrape all the pulp into a deep dish.
Mash the avocado pulp well making a puree.
Mix the puree with the sauce prepared in the previous step and set aside. The guacamole is ready.
Make 6 toasts with the loaf of bread in the toaster.
Then, in a roast, place the toast and cover with the guacamole and then with the mozzarella.
Take it to the oven or oven for about 10 minutes just for the mozzarella to melt.
