Apple Cake
2 cups of sugar
4 eggs
1 cup of oil
2 cups of wheat flour
3 apples, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Sugar and cinnamon for lining the pan
In a blender, blend the sugar, eggs and oil. Pour into a bowl and add the flour, little by little, mixing until the dough is homogeneous. Add the cinnamon, baking powder and chopped apples. Place in a round baking pan, greased and lined with sprinkled sugar and cinnamon. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 1 hour, or until a knife comes out clean.
