Bolo fofinho de banana e canela
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cups (tea) of oil
- 3 large bananas
- 2 cups (tea) of sugar
- 2 and 1/2 cups of sifted wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Method of preparation:
Beat in the blender: eggs, oil, mashed bananas, sugar and cinnamon.
Transfer the mixture to a container and add the flour and beat with a mixer or a spoon.
Then add the yeast and mix with the spatula.
Grease a mold with margarine and sprinkle sugar, transfer the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 40 minutes.
