Bolo de maçã
This recipe is simple and easy to make!
3 big apples
2 cups of wheat flour
2 cups of sugar
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of vegetable oil
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Anoint with butter and sprinkle some flour a medium tray or in a pudding pan.
In a large bowl, sift together the flour and sugar. Add the remaining dry ingredients. Put it away.
Peel the apples, reserving the peels. Chop into cubes.
Beat the eggs, oil and apple peel in a blender.
Add this mixture to the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix gently.
Add the chopped apples, mix and pour into the pan.
Bake for about 40 to 50 minutes in a medium oven.
When ready, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon.
