Salada de repolho e maçã
A refreshing dish with a combination of sweet and savory. This is an ideal salad for hot days.
1/2 medium sized cabbage (about 500g)
1/2 medium onion
1 apple (fuji or gala)
8 tablespoons of mayo
1 tablespoon of oregano
4 tablespoons of raisins
2 tablespoons of vinegar
salt to taste
Method of preparation
After you wash and clean the cabbage properly, drain it well and put in a pan.
In the same pan as the cabbage, grate 1/2 onion and apple chunks. When it is transparent, you turn the heat off and put on a bowl.
Then season with 8 tablespoons of mayo, 1 tablespoon of oregano, 4 tablespoons of raisins, salt to taste and 2 tablespoons of vinegar. And its ready! (It gets better when cold so leave it for about 3 hours in the fridge).
