Pão de casca de banana
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 3 cups of wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 dessert spoon full of yeast
- 6 raw and well-washed banana peels
Way of doing
Beat the skins, milk, oil and egg in a blender. Combine the dry ingredients. Dissolve the yeast in a little water and mix it into the husk porridge made in the blender. Place in a loaf pan and bake at 240 degrees for approximately one hour.
Ready! You can spread butter or jam on the bread. It’s healthy and delicious.
